This rectangular shed has a 4-sided roof with a soffit of 6″. The standard BP cover roof has a standard 5/12″ roof slope (optional 7/12″) and roof trusses for maximum storage.

This shed includes a floor of 2″x 6″ (installed at 12″); both equipped with adjustable jacks. In addition, a full 79″ white steel door. Gutter available on demand.

A wide range of aluminum colors and standard vinyl siding colors are available to you as well as a wide range of optional doors and windows.

FLOORING

2″ x 6″ at 12″ center, 5/8″ plywood. Strengthening stringer in 2″ x 6″, under the floor, at the front and rear.

WALLS

2″ by 4″ at 16″ centered and OSB 7/16″. Standard wall height : 88″.

ROOFING

Roof trusses in 2″ x 4″ at 24″ center and OSB 7/16″ with metal plate.

2CORNICE, FLASH & GUTTER

All our sheds come with an aluminum cornice. Roof flashing and gutters available on request.

3Walls

  • Tops of walls are doubled, corners and sides of doors are tripled;
  • OSB panels of 7/16 " thick;
  • Vinyl exterior coating with a large choice of colors (other type of coating also available);

4FLOOR

Floor in 2" X 6" each 12", centered, with reinforcing rails in 2" X 6" and adjustable cylinders resting on several blocks of concrete included.

5Steel doors

Steel doors with 79" height, optional windows available, with a PVC sill. All our doors are equipped with 3 anti-theft hinges, a PVC cold cut, door chain, a key-operated handle, a door handle and deadbolt. The door frames are available in colored PVC or aluminum nailing strip in the color of your choice.

6WINDOWS

A wide variety of PVC windows with nailing blades and tiles are available in 5 standard colors. Different glass types are also available.

7Blinds

PVC or aluminum blinds (large choice of colors in option)
